Shelbi Annison
Shelbi is an adult with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and dyslexia, diagnosed with DLD at 25. She is passionate about raising awareness of these often invisible disabilities and proudly serves as an Ambassador for RADLD and AFASIC.
She is also a children’s illustrated author, having written three books.
Shelbi is grateful to work within a supportive and inclusive local authority, where her manager, colleagues, and team provide encouragement and understanding
