What a day we had! The Link Live 21st November 2024

The Link Live 2024 brought together more than 300 delegates from primary and secondary schools for a day filled with insightful presentations from expert speakers. Attendees also had the chance to exchange best practices with one another. You can watch the key presentations from the event here.

Thanks to the Language Link team for organising another fabulous Link Live conference last week. It was reassuring to hear like-minded professionals discuss embedding a whole-school approach to SLCN and considering the universal strategies we can employ in classrooms that benefit all pupils, while being particularly useful for others. The presentation given by Ioan Berry was inspiring and reaffirmed how vital it is to listen to those with lived experience of Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), so that we can offer the most appropriate and effective support.
