A child with SLCN struggles with communication in any language, not just English. SLCN can affect a pupil’s ability to access the curriculum, build friendships and thrive emotionally.

How our packages can help

We offer tools designed with your SLCN pupils in mind but also can be used to support EAL with a range of advice sheets and useful resources to support their English language development.

The English language-based online packages enable schools to screen whole cohorts, deliver targeted interventions and upskill staff. We also have a range of information for parents, to support their understanding of their children’s needs and how to help them.

Our innovative, online assessment and intervention packages available to international schools are:

Infant Language Link: an award-winning SLCN toolkit, for children aged 4 – 8 years, was created by speech and language therapists and is loved by schools across the UK and beyond.
Junior Language Link: building from our award-winning Infant Language Link, for children aged 8 – 11 years.
Secondary Language Link: created to tackle the complex communication needs of children aged 11 – 14 years.
Speech Link: a simple and effective assessment and intervention package for speech sound difficulties for children aged 4 – 8 years.

We also have an exciting language and speech enrichment programme for Early Years settings, Little Link, ready for launch in 2026.
